Senior partner opportunity within a nationally recognized law firm to lead and grow an Energy & Environmental practice from the Phoenix office. The role blends client-facing work across energy transactions, regulatory counseling and environmental matters, with responsibility for business development and team leadership.

Established partner or-equivalent with a proven Energy and/or Environmental practice
Track record of client origination and business development; portable practice welcomed
Substantive experience on energy transactions, regulatory matters or environmental counseling
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in the U.S.
