Established, full-service practice seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow a transactional corporate/IP offering in Phoenix. The role will focus on complex M&A and private equity deals, cross‑border and domestic transactions, and IP-driven commercial matters—with particular strength in life sciences and energy-related work.

The partner will join a multidisciplinary team of corporate, IP and energy lawyers, working with sophisticated corporate clients and sponsors on deal execution, structuring and governance. Significant client development and rainmaking will be expected alongside high-quality client service and matter management.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a market-facing practice in a well-resourced platform and to broaden a transactional IP/corporate footprint in the region.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven transactional record in M&A and private equity, with experience on life sciences and energy matters
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
Admission to practice in the relevant state(s) and ability to work from the Phoenix office
