Intellectual Property Partner — Phoenix

Seeking an experienced intellectual property partner to lead and grow a patent and trademark practice in the Phoenix office of a national law firm. The role will combine client counseling, prosecution, and enforcement/defense work across patent and trademark matters, working with an established, multi-disciplinary team and national platform.

The team handles technology, media and communications-related IP matters; the hire will be expected to manage existing client relationships, win new business, and collaborate with colleagues across offices. The firm is not seeking counsel focused on streaming-platform matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience across patent and trademark matters, including prosecution and enforcement/defense
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and business
• Ability to work collaboratively with a national, multi-disciplinary team
