Partner — Corporate & IP, Phoenix

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross-practice Corporate and Intellectual Property offering in the Phoenix office. The role will focus on corporate M&A (including private equity), capital markets and technology transactions, supported by IP litigation/transaction experience.

The position requires building and managing client relationships, originating new work across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors, and collaborating with national and international teams on complex, cross-border matters.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A, capital markets or technology transactions
• Experience advising strategic and private equity clients in sector-focused transactions (e.g. technology, life sciences, financial services, energy)
• Proven ability to lead deal teams and develop originating client relationships
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
