Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property (Energy focus) — Phoenix

Well-established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its Phoenix corporate and intellectual property transactional practice with a focus on energy and life sciences matters. The role combines M&A, private equity transactions and IP-related corporate work for commercial and private clients.

The successful candidate will have an established transactional practice, strong client relationships, and experience managing deal teams. There is flexibility to bring a portable practice or book of business and to collaborate with offices across the firm’s platform.

• Established partner-level transactional experience in M&A, private equity and/or corporate IP matters
• Proven client development history and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
• Experience handling energy sector and life sciences transactions preferred
• Track record of managing deal teams and working cross-office on complex matters
