Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property — Phoenix

Partner opportunity for an experienced intellectual property lawyer to join a full-service U.S. firm’s Phoenix office. The role will focus on patent and trademark matters, including both prosecution and contentious work, and will involve managing IP enforcement and defense across technology and consumer-facing industries.

The team handles complex infringement disputes, clearance and counseling matters, and works with sophisticated corporate clients. The position is suitable for a partner with an established, portable practice or a demonstrable track record of originating and developing IP client relationships.

• Established partner-level IP practice with significant experience in patent and trademark matters
• Demonstrable litigation experience (patent/trademark infringement and related dispute resolution)
• Strong business-development record or a portable practice; comfortable leading client engagements
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work in the Phoenix office
