Leading international practice seeks an experienced partner to grow and lead corporate, technology and related securities work from the Phoenix office. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets, emerging-growth and technology transactions across industry sectors including life sciences, financial services and technology.

The successful candidate will join a growing team with cross-office deal flow and supported national platform. This is a client-facing partner role with responsibility for originating and executing complex corporate and securities matters and for developing business with existing and new clients.

Established partner with a strong track record in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
Demonstrable ability to originate and cultivate client relationships; portable practice or book of business preferred.
Experience managing cross-office deal teams and collaborating with IP, securities and regulatory specialists.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy for transactional matters.
