Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Phoenix office to lead and grow a securities and finance practice. The role will focus on transactional securities work and investment-management matters, advising institutional and private clients on regulatory and capital markets issues.

The team handles complex deals and regulatory counseling; the incoming partner will have a platform to originate business, manage matters and mentor junior lawyers. The firm welcomes candidates with an existing, portable practice or clear client-development capabilities.

Partner-level experience in securities and finance transactions and regulatory matters.
Substantial experience advising investment-management clients or working on capital-markets matters.
Proven book-of-business or demonstrable rainmaking and client-development ability.
Track record of leading teams and managing client relationships; admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
