The role will combine client development, cross‑practice deal work and matter leadership across M&A, capital markets, private equity and technology transactions.

Ideal for a partner with an established portable practice who can collaborate with litigation, finance and technology teams to expand regional and national workstreams. Opportunity includes leading client pitches, mentoring junior lawyers and originating new business in healthcare, life sciences, technology and related sectors.

Established partner with significant transactional experience (M&A, capital markets, PE and/or technology transactions)
Proven business development record and a portable client base suitable for a national platform
Track record working with healthcare, life‑sciences or technology clients preferred
Ability to lead cross‑discipline teams and mentor associates; active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
