Lateral Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Bridgehampton (Long Island)

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Bridgehampton (Long Island) office. The role will handle both litigation and transactional antitrust matters across the region, working with cross-practice teams on complex commercial and corporate matters.

The successful candidate will split time between courtroom and transactional work, advising clients on enforcement, investigations, and merger-clearance issues as well as litigating disputes where required. There is opportunity to contribute to business development and help grow the office's antitrust capability.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including litigation and merger review.
• Track record of handling complex commercial or corporate matters involving antitrust issues.
• Proven client-development skills; portable client relationships are desirable.
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to work from the Bridgehampton office.
