Established national firm seeks a partner to join its Long Island office to lead and expand its employment and labor litigation practice. The role focuses on high-volume employment litigation, trials, and counseling across regional clients.

The successful candidate will take ownership of cases, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex employment matters. There is clear opportunity to grow a local practice and collaborate with an experienced litigation group.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including trial or significant courtroom exposure.
Proven ability to manage and mentor associates and support staff on complex matters.
Demonstrated client-development skills; a portable or demonstrable book of business is welcome.
Active admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and strong regional client relationships.
