Highly regarded US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its healthcare litigation practice from the Long Island office. The role focuses on representing healthcare and life sciences clients in complex litigation and regulatory disputes.

The successful candidate will manage matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on regulatory and product‑liability issues. There is an expectation of business development and the opportunity to build a portable practice.

Established partner-level litigation experience focused on healthcare and life sciences matters.
Proven trial and/or dispositive-motion experience and strong courtroom presence.
Track record of originating or developing client relationships and conducting business development.
Ability to manage teams, mentor associates, and work with regulatory and transactional lawyers.
