Established regional office seeks a partner to lead and grow a litigation and labor & employment practice in Long Island. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters and construction litigation.

Ideal candidate will join an established team, take responsibility for high‑value client relationships, and contribute to business development and mentoring of junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client development capability is welcome.

Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
Significant partner-level experience in commercial litigation and employment/labor matters
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience managing teams, supervising associates, and leading complex matters (including trials or hearings)
Strong communication, business development and relationship-management skills
