Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Litigation and Corporate (Boston)

Partner-level opportunity to join a national practice’s Boston office advising on antitrust and competition matters across both litigation and transactional work. The role involves leading complex disputes, merger reviews, and regulatory counseling for corporate clients.

You will be expected to develop and manage client relationships, lead deal and dispute teams, and collaborate with colleagues across US and international offices. The team offers significant bench strength and cross-practice support.

• Established partner with a strong antitrust and competition practice, including experience on both litigation and transactional matters.
• Proven track record of leading matters and managing teams.
• Demonstrable client development ability; a portable practice or client relationships are welcomed.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and able to work from the Boston office.
