Leading international law firm is seeking an experienced banking and finance partner to join its San Francisco team. The role will focus on lending, syndicated financings and other corporate finance matters for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, originate and execute transactions, and collaborate closely with cross‑practice teams. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating business is welcome.

Established partner with a recognised banking & finance practice.
Proven record of originating and managing complex financings and client relationships.
Strong technical knowledge of lending, syndicated loans and related documentation.
Excellent client‑management, business development and mentoring skills; active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
