Opportunity for an experienced bankruptcy partner to join a well-established national firm’s Atlanta office. The role will lead complex restructuring and insolvency matters across industries, with both litigation and transactional components.

The practice offers partnership leadership responsibilities, mentoring of junior lawyers, and collaboration with a multi-office restructuring team. Candidates with an existing, portable practice or demonstrable business development track record are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level bankruptcy/restructuring experience, including Chapter 11 work and contested matters.
Proven ability to develop or bring a portable practice and to originate business.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills; courtroom and creditor/debtor representation experience preferred.
Juris Doctor and active admission to the Georgia bar (or ability to become admitted).
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a firm setting.
