Proven partner-level experience in restructuring/bankruptcy and corporate work.
Track record of leading Chapter 11 cases, distressed M&A or workouts.
Established client relationships and a demonstrable ability to bring portable work.
Admissions and credentials appropriate for partner placement; strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
