Seeking a partner to join a large national practice focusing on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor-side finance work. The role will handle complex chapter 11 matters, distressed debt workouts and related creditor rights litigation across corporate and lending contexts.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, develop and maintain client relationships, and work alongside an established team of restructurings and finance lawyers. This role offers responsibility for originating work and growing a creditor/debtor representation practice in the Atlanta market.

Portable business is welcomed; the firm is looking for a partner who can bring and expand client relationships while integrating into existing regional and national practice workflows.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and/or creditors' rights representation.
Track record of leading complex chapter 11 cases, distressed debt transactions or creditor-side litigation.
Proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Strong team leadership and business-development skills; comfortable working on cross-office matters.
