Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its finance and banking group in the Atlanta office. The role focuses on advising lenders and sponsors on a range of financing matters, with an emphasis on private credit and related transactions.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships and drive originations across debt financings and credit solutions. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team and help expand a growing private credit and banking practice.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking, with significant exposure to private credit transactions.
Track record of originating and managing complex debt financings and representing lenders, sponsors or borrowers.
Portable client relationships or a demonstrable business development record preferred.
Strong technical drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; admissions in relevant US jurisdictions.
