Seeking a lateral partner to join a nationally recognized finance team in Atlanta. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance transactions across sponsor-backed and corporate matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate new business, and work closely with cross-office financing teams. The position offers responsibility for high‑value financings and strategic client relationship development within a market-leading practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work on complex financings
