Seeking a partner to join a busy securities and finance practice in the Atlanta office. The role will span capital markets, asset management and transactional securities matters, working with institutional and issuer clients on complex financings and regulatory matters.

The team is looking for a senior practitioner who can lead engagements, develop business and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in securities/asset management are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in securities, capital markets or finance transactions
Proven track record of client development and the ability to bring or expand a portable practice
Experience advising asset managers, issuers or institutional investors on complex transactions and regulatory matters
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work collaboratively across practice groups
Admission to the relevant state bar (or eligibility)
