Senior bankruptcy partner role with a well-established national practice, based in Dallas. The role focuses on advising debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in complex insolvency and restructuring matters across chapters and out-of-court restructurings.

The hire will join a collaborative team and will have the opportunity to lead engagements, develop client relationships, and mentor junior attorneys. The position is suited to a practitioner with a portable practice or an interest in building a significant regional restructuring platform.

Established partner-level bankruptcy/restructuring experience (chapter 11 and out-of-court workouts)
Track record leading transactions and litigation in insolvency matters and managing deal teams
Business development ability or a portable client base, and strong client relationship skills
Bar admission in Texas or willingness to become admitted
