An established national firm is seeking a partner to join its Dallas office to lead and grow the bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice. The role combines transactional finance work with creditor-side insolvency and restructuring matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on complex Chapter 11 restructurings, out-of-court workouts and creditor enforcement actions, while working closely with the wider finance team on lender-side and debtor-side financing issues.

There is an expectation of business development and practice growth; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be an advantage.

Partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights; proven track record leading complex insolvency matters
Experience advising lenders and creditors on finance-related insolvency issues and workouts
Strong client development skills and ability to grow a portable practice
Ability to mentor and manage associates and collaborate across practice groups
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to obtain admission
