Senior banking and insolvency partner role in Las Vegas focused on representing creditors, lenders and other stakeholders in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt matters. The role will combine courtroom and transactional work across creditor-side restructurings, workouts and contested insolvency proceedings.

The firm seeks an experienced partner to build and lead a regional practice, mentor junior lawyers and drive business development. Candidates with an established creditor/lender client base or a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights and distressed-debt matters
Proven record of advising lenders, creditor committees or creditor constituencies in insolvency cases and workouts
Experience leading teams in complex contested and transactional matters; courtroom presence preferred
Business development ability; portable practice or demonstrable client origination experience advantageous
