Senior partner opportunity to join the bankruptcy, restructuring and finance team of a major global law firm in Miami. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic restructurings, creditor work and financing transactions across corporate and distressed situations.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, manage and develop a team, and work closely with finance and restructuring colleagues across offices. This is a visible role with broad client contact and responsibility for originating and expanding workstreams.

Portable business and an established creditors'/restructuring practice are welcome; the position offers a platform to build a larger practice within an international platform.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related finance matters
Track record advising creditors, lenders, debtors or creditors' committees on complex restructurings
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Experience leading teams and managing large, multi-jurisdictional matters
Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
