Seek a lateral partner to join a busy corporate and finance practice in Miami, focusing on M&A, capital markets and transactional work across energy and technology sectors. The role will handle mid-to-large corporate transactions, project development and commercial deals in renewables and oil & gas, plus technology-related transactions.

The team advises corporate clients, sponsors and lenders on cross-border and domestic matters. The practice offers access to a national platform and interdisciplinary support across finance, regulatory and commercial teams.

Portable business is welcome; the firm is looking for a partner who can develop and grow client relationships while mentoring and leading deal teams.

Established partner-level transactional experience in M&A, capital markets or corporate finance.
Substantive experience with energy project development and commercial transactions (renewables and/or oil & gas) and/or technology transactions.
Proven client relationship skills and ability to originate or grow portable business.
Track record of leading deal teams and collaborating with finance and regulatory specialists.
