Experienced restructuring partner sought for a leading national practice to join the Philadelphia office. The role focuses on creditor-side representation across insolvency, workouts, and finance-related restructuring matters.

The team handles complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court solutions for lenders, creditors' committees and other secured creditors. The hire will work alongside established finance and restructuring lawyers on cross-border and domestic matters.

Partnership track is immediate; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and build creditor-focused engagements are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work
Strong finance/secured-credit background and familiarity with Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings
Proven business development ability or a portable creditor-side practice
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the jurisdiction
