Established national law firm is expanding its Philadelphia office and seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice locally. The role offers a senior platform to originate and manage complex restructuring and lender-side finance matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team handling chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and secured lending transactions. This is a visible leadership role with client-facing responsibility and opportunities to develop the office s practice.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and finance matters.
Track record of leading engagements and managing teams on complex restructurings and lender or debtor representation.
Portable client relationships and ability to originate business preferred.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent client development skills, and admission to the relevant state bar.
