Established finance partner sought to join a busy Philadelphia office to lead and grow lending and consumer-finance work. The role will handle matters across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card business), and public finance, working with a range of institutional and corporate clients.

This is a partner-level role for a lawyer with an existing portable practice or demonstrable origination ability who can independently manage client relationships and develop new business within the department. The team offers collaborative support across related finance disciplines.

Partner-level track record in finance and lending matters, with experience in commercial lending and consumer finance (card experience a plus)
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills on lender- and borrower-side transactions
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become licensed
