Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia securities and finance practice. The role combines transactional securities work with investment-management matters and regulatory counseling.

The partner will lead client engagements, develop and expand relationships, and work collaboratively across the firm’s capital markets and finance teams. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow business is welcome.

Partner-level experience in securities and finance transactions and regulatory matters
Proven record of originating or maintaining client relationships and growing a practice
Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) degree
