Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Securities and Finance practice in the Philadelphia office. The role will focus on counseling institutional clients and supporting cross-practice finance and securities matters.

The successful candidate will help grow the practice, lead client relationships, and work with senior partners across corporate and regulatory teams. This is a client-facing position with significant origination and relationship management responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in securities and finance transactions or regulatory work at the partner level
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
