Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross-practice corporate team in Philadelphia focused on M&A, capital markets, emerging-growth companies and technology transactions. The role will work closely with IP and finance specialists to service life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sector clients.

The successful candidate will join a geographically integrated platform and collaborate with colleagues across U.S. and international offices to originate and execute complex deals and transactional work. The role emphasizes client relationship development, team leadership, and expanding market-facing capabilities in capital markets and private equity-related M&A.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established track record of originating and leading M&A and capital markets transactions, with experience in technology and life sciences or financial services clients
Proven team leadership and client-management skills; ability to develop cross-office business
Active bar admission and at least 10+ years' transactional practice at senior associate/counsel or partner level (or equivalent)
