Seeking a partner to lead and grow a bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice in the firm's Las Vegas office. The role combines courtroom and out-of-court restructuring work across creditor, debtor and stakeholder representations.

The successful candidate will join a firm with a broad national platform and established cross‑practice capabilities, working on complex insolvency matters and corporate restructurings for commercial clients.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate work.
Track record of originating and handling complex insolvency matters; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong courtroom and negotiation skills; experience leading deal teams and managing client relationships.
Admission to practice in Nevada or ability to transfer; suitable federal admission where required.
