Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Las Vegas. The role spans both litigation and transactional antitrust work, supporting clients across regulated industries and commercial disputes.

The team handles complex cartel, merger-control and competitive-practices matters; the successful candidate will work on high‑stakes litigation and regulatory responses as well as transactional clearance and counseling. This is a partner-level role with opportunity to lead matters and grow a local practice.

Portable business is welcome and the firm supports partners who bring an established client base while integrating into a broad national and international platform.

Partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including litigation and merger-control or transactional work
Proven record of client development and business generation; portable book of business welcome
Strong trial and/or regulatory advocacy skills and experience managing complex matters
Bar admission in Nevada or ability to qualify; excellent communication and leadership skills
