Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, San Diego

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its growing bankruptcy and restructuring practice in the San Diego office. The group is expanding both lender-side high-yield/distressed debt capabilities and debtor-side restructuring work.

The role is a hands-on leadership position: building client relationships, originating new work, and collaborating across finance and restructuring teams on complex in-court and out-of-court matters. The team handles sophisticated reorganizations, distressed financings and creditor-side representation.

• Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed/high-yield debt matters
• Proven track record of originating and managing complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings
• Portable client relationships / book of business and demonstrated business development ability
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work in the San Diego office
