Senior transactional partner role in a national law firm seeking an established leader to grow and lead corporate and energy-related deal work from the San Diego office. The role focuses on M&A, commercial and project development in renewable energy and oil & gas, alongside technology and capital markets transactional matters.

The team advises sponsors, developers and corporate clients on complex cross-border and domestic transactions, project development and commercial contracts. The firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice and demonstrated ability to originate and manage significant transactional matters.

Partner-level transactional experience in M&A, project development or capital markets.
Proven track record in renewables, energy (including oil & gas) and/or technology transactions.
Demonstrated client origination and business development capability (portable book of business preferred).
Strong deal management, negotiating experience and ability to mentor junior lawyers.
