Senior corporate partner opportunity to join a well-established US firm’s San Diego corporate team. The role focuses on leading M&A transactions, advising on corporate governance matters and guiding complex deals from diligence through closing.

The hire will mentor junior lawyers, develop client relationships and work across industry sectors with other practice groups. Candidates with a portable transactional practice and a demonstrated record of client origination will be prioritized.

Established partner-level track record in M&A and corporate governance or equivalent transactional practice
Proven client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management experience on complex transactions
Demonstrated leadership and experience mentoring associates
Bar admission and good standing in the relevant US jurisdiction (California preferred)
