Experienced partner sought to join a major firm's San Diego corporate and technology practice. The role focuses on transactional work across M&A, capital markets and technology transactions, with frequent interaction on IP-related matters and cross-practice deals in life sciences, fintech and energy sectors.

The successful candidate will advise strategic and emerging-growth clients as well as corporate issuers and private equity sponsors. The position offers a senior leadership role within a broad regional platform and regular collaboration with national and international teams.

A portable practice or proven client origination record is desirable; the firm is hiring partners who can both generate work and integrate into an existing corporate/tech group.

Partner-level track record in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions
Experience handling IP-related transactional issues and coordinating cross-practice deals
Proven client development and business origination skills (portable book of business desirable)
Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with national/international practice teams
