Seeking a senior transactional partner to join a global firm’s corporate team in San Diego. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions, with complementary work in emerging growth/startups and IP-related commercial matters.

The team advises issuers and strategic buyers/sellers across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors. This position will lead client engagements, develop business and work closely with cross-office practice groups on complex corporate and securities matters.

Established partner-level transactional lawyer with significant experience in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions.
Track record advising emerging growth companies and startups, and handling issuer-side capital markets work.
Experience with IP-related commercial work and familiarity with technology licensing or IP litigation is a plus.
Proven client development ability; portable book of business welcome.
