Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Capital Markets practice in the Phoenix office. The role focuses on securities offerings, debt and equity transactions, and related finance work for corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop and expand relationships in the region, and work collaboratively with deal teams across the firm. This is an opportunity to join a leading US law firm with significant national platform and cross-practice resources.

Partner-level experience in capital markets and securities transactions
Proven track record of originating or bringing client relationships and business
Strong technical knowledge of securities laws, SEC reporting and public/private offerings
Experience managing teams, mentoring junior lawyers and leading transactions
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
