Senior partner opportunity with a leading national law firm seeking an experienced compliance and privacy partner to join its New York office. The role sits at the intersection of privacy & data protection, healthcare regulatory issues and technology transactions, advising clients on compliance programs, data governance, vendor arrangements and product-related regulatory risk.

You will join a cross-practice team serving healthcare and technology companies, working on matters that blend regulatory counseling, commercial contracting and risk mitigation. This position is suited to a visible rainmaker or experienced partner who can grow a practice and collaborate across national offices.

Established partner with significant experience in privacy & data protection and healthcare regulatory matters.
Proven track record advising technology companies and health‑industry clients on compliance, data governance, vendor and software agreements.
Strong client-development skills; a portable book of business or demonstrable ability to originate work is highly desirable.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills; experience working across offices and with multidisciplinary teams.
