Leading German firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Compliance & Regulatory offering within the finance and banking practice in Stuttgart. The role is client-facing and involves advising financial institutions and corporates on regulatory matters and cross-border regulatory issues.

We are looking for an experienced partner able to lead and develop a team, manage major client relationships and contribute to business development. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is desirable.

Proven partner-level experience in compliance and regulatory work for financial institutions or banking clients.
Track record advising on international regulatory frameworks (experience with Dodd-Frank or equivalent regulatory regimes advantageous).
Demonstrable client development skills; portable practice or book of business welcomed.
Ability to lead a team and work across finance, regulatory and corporate stakeholders.
