Senior litigation partner sought to lead and grow a white-collar crime, compliance and regulatory practice in the Stuttgart office of a highly regarded German law firm. The role combines courtroom and advisory work across internal investigations, regulatory defence and corporate compliance counselling.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for existing and new client matters, mentor a small team and work closely with business clients and regulatory authorities. A portable practice is welcome and candidates with an ability to originate and develop client relationships will be prioritized.

Established partner-level experience in white-collar crime, compliance and regulatory litigation or investigations
Proven track record of business origination and handling complex defence matters; portable book of business welcomed
Admission to practice in Germany and authority to represent clients in relevant courts/tribunals
Strong leadership and team-management skills, plus ability to work directly with in-house legal teams and regulators
Fluency in German and strong English legal drafting and oral skills
