Partner, Litigation — Stuttgart

Leading full-service firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen and lead its litigation offering in Stuttgart. The role is client-facing and requires handling complex commercial disputes across courts and arbitration, while growing the Stuttgart litigation team.

The successful candidate will split time between high-value casework, client development and mentoring junior lawyers. The firm offers a platform to build regional market share and lead strategic litigation matters.

• Portable book of business of $500k+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Proven business development capability and client relationships
• Experience managing and mentoring associates
• Admission to practise in Germany or equivalent; fluent German and strong English
