Senior hire to lead and grow patent litigation capability in the Stuttgart office of a leading international law firm. The role is focused on German patent litigation and matters before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), complementing an existing team that currently concentrates on trademarks and copyright.
The partner will manage complex high-value disputes, act as the primary relationship partner for key clients, and help develop the wider IP litigation practice across Germany and Europe.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in German patent litigation
- Experience litigating or advising in Unified Patent Court (UPC) proceedings
- Ability to originate and develop client relationships and lead a litigation team
- Fluency in German and authorised to practise in Germany
