Leading German full-service firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Stuttgart. The role will involve advising on IP strategy, prosecution and enforcement, technology licensing, and life-sciences related IP matters across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, develop business, and work closely with industry and corporate clients as well as transactional teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in IP and technology matters (including licensing and enforcement)
Track record advising life-sciences or technology sector clients desirable
Established client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice welcomed
Qualified to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and fluent in German and English
