A well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its compliance and regulatory practice in Miami, with a focus on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role will involve advising clients on FDA-related regulatory issues, advertising compliance, and cross-sector regulatory strategies.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and be expected to develop business, manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client development track record are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in compliance and regulatory matters, ideally with healthcare and media/advertising experience
Proven FDA or similar regulatory expertise
Established client-development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience supervising teams and managing client engagements
Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
