Senior partner-level hire to lead and expand regulatory, privacy and litigation work from the Minneapolis office of a leading national firm. The role will split time between regulatory compliance, data-privacy matters and contentious work, advising clients across regulated industries.

The team seeks a market-facing lawyer who can take responsibility for high‑profile regulatory matters, manage litigation strategies and develop multi-disciplinary client solutions together with existing practice groups.

A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record is welcome; the role includes partner leadership and business‑generation expectations.

Established partner with significant experience in regulatory compliance, privacy/data protection and contested matters.
Proven record of originating or growing client work and ability to develop a portable practice.
Strong litigation/management skills to lead teams on cross‑disciplinary matters.
Active bar admission and standing in relevant jurisdiction(s).
