Partner — Corporate, Technology & IP (Minneapolis)

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Minneapolis corporate practice to help grow and lead work across M&A, capital markets, emerging growth and technology transactions. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate, finance and technology matters and will collaborate with IP and litigation colleagues where matters require cross-practice support.

The team is focused on originating and executing strategic deals for clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy, and is expanding in response to strong national demand. The office seeks a commercially minded partner who can handle complex transactional mandates and develop new client relationships across the region and nationally.

This is a leadership role with significant business development expectations; candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable book-building track record are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
• Track record of business development and ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable practice welcome.
• Experience advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors preferred.
• Strong team leadership and collaboration skills across corporate, IP and litigation teams.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Minneapolis office.
