Established global law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its corporate and transactional practices from the Minneapolis office. The role will focus on M&A (including private equity), capital markets, and technology- and life-sciences-related transactions, with opportunities to collaborate across IP, finance and litigation teams.

The team is expanding to serve U.S. and international corporate clients and will look to integrate cross-border deals and issuer-side capital markets work. Candidates may be considered who bring an existing portable practice or who will help build new sector-focused pipelines.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and capital markets, including private equity transactions.
Track record of winning and servicing mid-market to large corporate clients; portable business desirable.
Experience advising technology, life sciences or financial services clients preferred.
Strong transactional and negotiation skills; comfortable coordinating cross-practice and cross-border teams.
