Leading international practice seeks a partner to join its London compliance and regulatory team. The role will advise UK-regulated clients across a range of regulatory and compliance matters, working closely with cross-border colleagues.

The postholder will take a senior client-facing role, managing and developing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to business development for the team.

We are looking for a commercially minded partner able to integrate with an established practice and grow a portable compliance/regulatory book in the UK market.

Established partner-level experience in compliance and regulatory work in the UK market.
Proven client management and business development record; ability to bring or build a portable practice.
Experience advising regulated entities and handling cross-border regulatory matters.
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; excellent communication and commercial awareness.
